We price based on home size to ensure fair coverage, adequate inspection time, and proper documentation.

Guardian Basic – $50/week

  • Weekly Visual Property
  • Check

Exterior Inspection

  • Walk perimeter of property
  • Check doors & locks for visible issues
  • Check windows for visible damage
  • Inspect for storm or weather damage
  • Check roofline from ground level
  • Confirm no obvious exterior leaks
  • Remove visible flyers/buildup at entry
  • Check mailbox for overflow

Interior Inspection

  • Visual scan of all main living areas
  • Check ceilings & walls for water stains
  • Check under sinks for leaks
  • Confirm toilets not running
  • Verify no unusual odors
  • Verify no visible pest activity
  • Check that appliances appear off (unless instructed otherwise)

Documentation

  • Date/time logged
  • Photos taken (interior & exterior)
  • Digital report sent to client

Guardian Plus – $100/week

  • Enhanced Oversight & Monitoring
    (Includes everything in Guardian Basic PLUS:)

  • Detailed storm impact review
  • Check sump pump area (if accessible)
  • Inspect foundation perimeter visually
  • Confirm exterior lighting timers operationa
  • Walk perimeter of property
  • Check doors & locks for visible issues
  • Check windows for visible damage
  • Inspect for storm or weather damage
  • Check roofline from ground level
  • Confirm no obvious exterior leaks
  • Remove visible flyers/buildup at entry
  • Check mailbox for overflow

Interior Inspection

  • Open and inspect all accessible rooms
  • Check garage & basement thoroughly
  • Verify refrigerator/freezer operational
  • Inspect mechanical room for leaks or moisture
  • Visual scan of all main living areas
  • Check ceilings & walls for water stains
  • Check under sinks for leaks
  • Confirm toilets not running
  • Verify no unusual odors
  • Verify no visible pest activity
  • Check that appliances appear off (unless instructed otherwise)
